Level of item

Even thought it's masterwork (like the back-item you get from the personal story), it doesn't seem to take any upgrades beyond pebbles (like the L0 item from Act I and the early part of the personal story). 75.37.19.214 17:31, 26 October 2012 (PDT)

That would be because this item also has no level requirement and the level of any upgrade must be equal to or lower than that of item you are applying it to. -- Mogget 07:08, 27 October 2012 (PDT)

It's not a bug, Exquisite Opal Jewels require level 80, while this item has no level requirement. If you like the appearance but not the stats, you can always transmute it. talk 15:08, 2 November 2012 (UTC)

Availability?

Do you think this back skin will be available again halloween 2013? I deleted one I had because it was soulbound to character I had deleted..and well I didnt know about transmutation and its effects on account binding items.(174.28.90.92 11:09, 15 May 2013 (UTC))

For 2015, Colin Johanson said that they wanted to rework the original quests that gave these items, but there wasn't enough time. Hopefully that means we could see it this year. SarielV 20:55, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
