Because all lodestones are rare crafting materials, but not all rare crafting materials are lodestones. Also, that link is a redirect anyway, as rare crafting material is a subsection. — snograt 02:45, 8 August 2014 (UTC)

The unsung lodestone

The original lodestones were associated with two classes of creatures. On one hand you have elementals; each of the major four types of elemental dropped a particular kind of lodestone - embers with molten, sparks with charged, earth elementals with onyx, and ice elementals with glacial. On the other hand you have dragon minions each with their own kind of lodestone - Jormag's goons would drop corrupted, destroyers dropped destroyer, and branded drop crystal. What do Risen drop? Not a lodestone, but something that mechanically is pretty much the same thing - the piles of yucko essence. While it doesn't have lodestone in its name, shouldn't it be counted among them?
