Where is this NPC?

She can be found in the wall buildings above the skritt foragers (which probably isn't really helpful lol). But can confirm she's still there. ~SimeTalk 00:11, 10 February 2019 (UTC)

Might be either the Banker or the Laurel Merchant spawns, but not both. -Chieftain Alex 11:39, 10 February 2019 (UTC)

I really can vouch she sometimes appears here, but she didn't talk with quaggan for me :D Seems they randomized the spawns in the area. (~SimeTalk 14:16, 10 February 2019 (UTC)
