Pulling this from Talk:Defeat_the_Lady_in_White: You must speak with the Priest_of_Grenth during the day cycle to guarantee the night cycle will spawn Lady in White.

Note: I have not tested if this applies only to the next chronological night cycle, or to the next night cycle you visit during.

I just waited through full 5 night cycles without having talked to the Priest of Grenth, and she never spawned. Once I did during day, she immediately appeared the next night (without me leaving the zone). - Ray Koopa (talk) 15:46, 4 April 2020 (UTC)
