I just ran this with a small guild looking for assistance. Events for claiming the hall:

• Evict the squatters to claim the Isle of Reflection for your guild! (overarching event)
  • Search the isle for squatters with M.U.P. Analyst Bian
  • Break up the Purist rally
  • Defeat the Purist rampager
  • Defeat the Purist specter
  • Defeat the Purist mindblade
  • Defeat the Purist ritualist

Are there any fishes that can be caught only at this guild hall?

No, fish tied to fishing holes only. It would be unfortunate to limit people's guild choice because of what type guild hall they need. Gorla (talk) 17:13, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
