So in at least On the Mend + Desperate Medicine, he appears as "Innkeeper Andrew" - why is this page here then? -Chieftain Alex 13:06, 30 May 2016 (UTC)

Just guessing, but since the page was created way back in 2010, 'Andrew' was probably name-dropped in an interview and once the game released, no one bothered to move it to the *actual* in-game name. —Ventriloquist 19:54, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
