According to a post on the forum, Memory of Otter has been removed. Acquisition (Historical)

This was offered as part of the chapter rewards during the initial release of Whisper in the Dark and Shadow in the Ice (and possible a few subsequent episodes). I still have 9 (may have used a few) and I know I did not get any from a PvP track. Separ (talk) 01:14, 6 May 2021 (UTC)
