Talk:Icebrood Intel

There doesn't appear to be any NPC interaction triggered by the item in open world or in A Simple Negotiation (IBS4). There is some speculation this drops from Wrench in the Works (IBS4): "Kill Frost Legion Commanders, destroy weapon racks, gather intel, and complete events." If so, maybe the item only drops and auto-consumes during that story step, but remains in inventory if the bar fills by completing whatever trigger drops the Intel. --Ashwind 23:50, 10 September 2020 (UTC)

I'll clear up some of the speculation a bit: click here. The screenshot was taken on August 1, 2020, so a month before the above comment. I'm thinking it's very much what Ashwind theorized: that because it's a story item it's normally not supposed to go into your inventory, but if it's full it doesn't get auto consumed.
