Talk:Help Scar Stripeclaw organize the wrecking yard

There seems to be a problem with the event template Template:Event when displaying an event that has been moved to the same name but different case. See sample Clear the Flame Legion cave near the wrecking yard which has been moved from Clear the Flame Legion cave near the Wrecking Yard. You can see on Help Scar Stripeclaw organize the wrecking yard is has (4,4) on the level. My thought is, the template is getting a duplicate because it is in the same category. What should we do with this? --Blipz (talk) 03:13, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- It's a known issue with Semantic MediaWiki on this wiki, but one that the SMW devs are ignoring because they can't figure out how to reproduce it. Moving a page duplicates the properties. It can be fixed by blanking the page after the move, then reverting the blanking edit. —Dr Ishmael 03:23, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- It's easier for me to just Ctrl+A - Del instead of trying to select only a part of the content. —Dr Ishmael 03:40, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- An even easier quick fix, is to click on "edit" then save it without editing anything... Does work, no history is shown as I tried it on Plains of Ashford. --Blipz (talk) 03:42, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's on the page that uses the data, and yes, a null-edit or clicking on the "refresh" tab will work for that. On the page that stores the data, you have to remove the template that sets all the data values, save, then re-add it. —Dr Ishmael 04:12, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
