Would this count as a Guild Wars 1 skin?

I have only recently started playing Guild Wars 1 and I was debating whether or not to tag this page as a Guild Wars 1 skin since you can't actually acquire Gwen's attire for yourself in Guild Wars 1 from what I've seen. So would this count as a Guild Wars 1 skin or should the category be removed? --Teletric.3821 (talk) 14:13, 19 May 2017 (UTC)

The category is really for skins that approximate GW1 skins (content usable by player characters), not unique costumes worn by NPCs. Check the other skins in the category. 68.33.89.172 12:57, 5 July 2017 (UTC)

BLTC Appearance

I saw that the outfit was available on the BLTC for 30% off on May 3, 2020. I haven't seen any news about it anywhere, but I just wanted to note that it was available this year.
