Agreed, 45 seconds is too long for a 4 second condition, and on top of that it only profs on crits half the time :/ One, if not two of these parts need to be buffed on the skill. Drop the 45cd to 20 seconds, up the duration of the condition to 10 seconds, add the AoE as you suggested, OR MAKE IT PROC ON HIT instead of on cri with the default cooldown. Might this be an homage to the League of Legends item Glacial Shroud and Frozen Heart (which builds from the former) that also slow enemies? (Though attacks, not move speed.) --109.64.135.97 19:26, 30 May 2014 (UTC)
