• [&AgFLbgEA](item #93771) contains Berserker's Blood Dominion Greatsword of Rending.

Looted it off the respective Tribune chests. Gift of otter probably acts as a second roll for these specific weapons, with a unique box ID to denote what's inside and contained in a box instead of upping the drop rate so it's known that you got it from Otter.
