Unfortunately not at this time no, that's why the page says "They could be traded in". It would appear this is the only token that has no merchant. - Do_odleplex 15:30, 17 June 2018 (UTC)

Sept 13 2022 patch

The Living World Season 1 Return update now gives these items again. I colected 2 but I don't know where I got them from. Was just playing the story missions

Well, the content where they were originally usable is going to be in the re-released Episode 5, so I guess the merchant will be (hopefully) available there. ~Sime 21:19, 16 September 2022 (UTC)
