Getting enough data crystals

It has been suggested that the followup event can be skipped by collecting enough data crystals. This must be verified. --Musha 03:42, 28 June 2013 (UTC)

I have collected crystals, every one in the cave. The following event still occurs. I have cokllected crystals, everyone in the cave and let the event fail. I then went back the next day and again collected them all so I had a double load. Still the same. So I doubt there is any skipping. --Claret (talk) 18:16, 28 June 2013 (UTC)
