Still for sale on the trading post

Is this actually purchasable on the trading post? While I do see this item for sale, I can't actually access it -- clicking on the tonic in the TP just results in a perpetual loading circle. I think it may have been disabled. --Idris (talk) 01:10, 14 May 2018 (UTC)
