Is this dye available from any of the existing Birthday dye containers?

It would be nice if there was a central list/page that can act as an index for checking whether a particular dye can be chosen from a Birthday Gift. --138.75.82.239 19:34, 24 August 2018 (UTC)

It doesn't seem to be available from anywhere except the Gem store so far.
