Removal of note

Edit here removed a note about resistance and heal ordering. Has this changed? I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the patch notes. If it has not changed; I believe that note is rather important to have in place. -Darqam (talk) 20:07, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
