Amount of adrenaline[edit]

Has anyone tested if the amount of adrenaline you gain is increased with more damage taken? For example: You got hit for 5%, so you get 1 strike of adrenaline. You got hit for 50%, so you get 10 strikes of adrenaline. Gnarf 20:20, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Nope, didn't play any warrior. — Gnarf ~ El Psy Congroo ~ 09:40, 6 August 2012 (UTC)
I think it seems to scale according to damage taken, but can't provide any accurate values yet. Mediggo 08:53, 9 October 2012 (UTC)

I believe the amount is fixed, much similar to the passive of Signet of Rage --Crushcard 02:36, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
I tested it a bit around the time of my previous comment on this page, however, I did not conduct very thorough testing as I was currently adventuring in Orr. Still, I'm quite certain that the amount of adrenaline scales depending on how hard you are hit, similiar to GW1 system. Mediggo 09:35, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
I'm almost positive this gives a single strike of adrenaline for each hit you take regardless of the amount of damage. Just to be sure I tested your hypothesis with a relatively hard hitting foe: I took just over 20% of my hp from each attack and still gained only one strike of adrenaline. It is still possible it takes singnificantly harder hitting foes (e.g. over 50% of health lost) to gain just one extra strike of adrenaline, but the scaling as indicated above is certainly not true. What you may be experiencing, however, is when you take many hits fast, you gain a lot of adrenaline.(Kciroj 14:21, 15 April 2013 (UTC))
