Not sure if this is a bug or not, but my husband played the "Beast of War" story step with me and he did not receive the Shoulder Box. He contacted support and they said, sorry can't help you do the story yet again.Khani (talk) 12:02, 30 September 2017 (UTC)

- Same happened to us: We played the whole story together from the very beginning, both on absolutely the same story steps but I did not get this box when my son had started the instance. Now this is the only piece of Elonian armor missing from the set. It is more than just a nuisance that Anet does not fix this and send me the missing piece via ingame mail maybe! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 91.36.242.236 (talk) at 23:59, 6 October 2017 (UTC).
- I have no idea if this bug was or wasn't fixed yet, but as of today if you contact support, they are able to help better now than they were able to then it would seem. I too was missing it from way back when, sent a ticket in earlier today, and they sent me the missing item not too long afterwards. - Doodleplex 23:07, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
