Not that I've observed. The only non-merchant versions are the merchants while they're hostile during events. Sunlion (talk) 10:00, 19 April 2022 (UTC)

Indeed, there doesn't seem to be any version that doesn't turn into merchants. Removing the move tag for now. ~Sime 16:32, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
