You just got the version with selectable stats? That's odd, that should have only applied to the ones that had Explorer's stats, hence why it because selectable, and it shouldn't be souldbound only, according to the API. What box did it drop from? - Do_odleplex 23:08, 29 July 2018 (UTC)

Just got the soulbound version with selectable stats from a reward chest on completing a specialization, so it still is in the loot tables somewhere. Jameyc (talk) 05:27, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
