Spear does not appear on skills

I seem to have misplaced my spear. By that I mean I can't invoke the new skill.

If anyone's interested: Resetting the story does give you 10 more stacks of Dragonblood spears. And solves this problem. --Paradrop (talk) 00:32, 1 May 2019 (UTC)

How do you reset the story? I quit/started the story but it's not giving me spears
