Can now be used underwater?[edit]
Checked my Scourge's build prior to the Dec. 1 update. I noticed that you can now use Dessicate underwater. However, I checked the Patch Notes since February, and there's no mention of any changes to the skill. Am removing the "not underwater" icon from its infobox. --Messenger (talk) 19:32, 1 December 2020 (UTC)
