Noticed it because of your recent edit on Talk:Voran Shatterbane, but checked around the map, during events and different daytime, but couldn't find this NPC either. ~Sime 00:53, 30 January 2022 (UTC)

So after updating both pages, guess who randomly found them in the game... Screen. I discovered though that once killed, they will permanently disappear from that map instance, unlike other named NPCs. ~Sime 21:22, 30 January 2022 (UTC)
