I would assume that it would have the same colourful effect like the diamond aegis. However, that being said, multiple dye slots (5+) would be fun, but boring with a starter pallet Venom20 22:15, 17 October 2010 (UTC)

In Guild Wars 2, requirements boil down to mere level, armor class and profession restrictions. This being a Hall of Monuments reward, it's available from when you enter Hall of Monuments (if you meet the requirements for it on GW1!) and can be equipped by any profession that has access to Foci. - Infinite - talk 12:50, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
