Salvaging gear with runes automatically salvages the rune and gives you what the rune salvages into. This includes dropping charms. However, there's a chance you don't get said rune's salvage drops, so it's basically a lower % chance, but is possible. Konig (talk) 21:45, 16 November 2018 (UTC)
