Healing Removed with Sept 2020 update[edit]
Looked everywhere. Finally found this article which still doesn't mention it. Couldn't figure out why I was suddenly having a lot more trouble while downed. Signet of Agony gave healing when dealing damage while downed when it was off-cooldown. Now that the ability is not a Signet this effect has been removed. 136.36.58.102 10:05, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
Superior Rune of Grenth chill on heal activates with this skill[edit]
I don't know if this was some visual glitch or bug but the AoE chill effect from the Grenth runes activated after casting this skill, despite Channeled Agony not being a healing skill. I didn't notice any targets getting chilled (I may have not paid attention and none of the targets were in "nearby" range).
