Aquatic Skills

I just took a look at the Celestial Avatar while in water and the skills appear to be exact copies of the terrestrial skills, with the usual underwater caveat: skills that would be ground-targeted on land are PBAoE underwater. Probably just ANet being lazy, the tooltips are just copied verbatim from the land skills; notable because the range facts in skills 1-4 are moot with the point-blank targeting of underwater skills. 76.4.14.163 05:24, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

Generating Astral Force

Can you generate further Astral Force while in this form? To stave off the end of the transform?
