TP listing issue[edit]
This page is a little misleading: The "Trading post" section references an item that is no longer possible to obtain in the game (note that only one of it is listed in the AH). When players craft this item today, they are instead creating the Guild_Catapult_Blueprint and can remove that from a guild to sell it on the AH instead.
I recognize the coding of this wiki is complex, but is there any way we can change it to no longer point to this relic item and instead reference the current one? Or move the crafting recipe from this page to the Guild_Catapult_Blueprint one? Kenji_03 16:05, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
- If there is a new non-tradeable type (soulbound on acquire / autoconsume), there's probably also a new item id. I suggest in the meantime we just the parameter "tradable" = no. -Chieftain Alex 19:19, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
- Guild Catapult (schematic) (item #76363, was not originally autoconsumed - originally able to sell on the trading post): Crafted by level 300 scribes using recipe 10456: 1 Badge of Tribute, 3x Catapult Blueprint, 1x Mithril Reinforcing Plate. Must then be assembled in the Processing UI.
- → Guild Catapult (item #unknown): Guild panel > Storage > Consumables - button to put them the item in your inventory.
- → Catapult Blueprint (item #42004): Deployable gizmo usable in WvW.
OR
- Guild Catapult (service) (item #72330): Costs 500 Favor (legacy currency), skips the requirement to have a guild with a scribe and the upgrade unlocked.
- → Guild Catapult (item #unknown): Guild panel > Storage > Consumables - button to put them the item in your inventory.
- → Catapult Blueprint (item #42004): Deployable gizmo usable in WvW.
- Ok I had a look ingame, had to wrap my head around the convoluted ingame process first. Its the same id. I propose we just set it to "tradable = no" and add a note to the bottom of the page. -Chieftain Alex 20:43, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
