Does this affect Primal Burst skills? I think it might not. XxxRxxx (talk) 20:04, 16 June 2016 (UTC)
Just did some testing and it appears that at least the swiftness and adrenaline gain abilities apply to Primal Burst as well as Burst skills (have not fully tested the damage piece). Frienderson (talk) 04:35, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
