what does the note mean? "this skill has a 0.5 damage coefficient"

please elaborate.

does it mean that the skill-specific coefficient is actually 168x2 when calculated in here:

Damage done = (weapon damage) * Power * (skill-specific coefficient) / (target's Armor)

The coefficient is the coefficient. The base damage number is the result of that equation with a few assumptions for the other variables (power = 916, armor = 2600, etc.) —Dr Ishmael 16:23, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
