Feedback 2020/03/23: Any requirements to be fulfilled?

For now, in my case, this item is not proposed to me by the rally provisioners. It doesn't even appear in any of the different lists, locked or unnlocked. Are there requirements before this item appears by those vendors? --Tilu 16:23, 23 March 2020 (UTC)

I haven't completed the Cinder's steps, however, with Ryland's steps you could purchase the badge only after you unlocked the Blood Legion weapon. I can imagine it is the same for this. This also applies to a number of other collection items, so their pages should definitely be updated to reflect it. ~SimeTalk 16:26, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
