Useable by others. Explain

this I am confused about. sometimes I see it useable by others than the person that dropped the vendor and sometimes its not. ecan somebody explain that?--Knighthonor (talk) 20:05, 15 September 2019 (UTC)

There are two trader spawn items: Trading Post Express, a one-use item, and the Personal Trader Express, which has infinite uses. If I recall correctly, the trader spawned by the one-use version can be used by anybody, whereas the infinite version only talks to their owner. I'm not certain about this, though, which is why I'm not going to add a note to the article yet, but it's definitely something we should add once we have confirmation. —Idris 21:02, 15 September 2019 (UTC)

ETA: That said, I'm not certain this NPC is the one spawned by those items. I think you might be thinking of the Black Lion Delivery Agent? —Idris 21:05, 15 September 2019 (UTC)
