(Reset indent) Confirming again, it does exist, it is in the gem store (right now even) and it does not matter if you have a shared slot or not (it's a normal item, you can see mine is in my bank too). We can try and sort out what's different about other accounts that you don't have access to it, I'm assuming lack of expansions like PoF but we'd need more info instead of just "it doesn't exist". Oh and I will just add on here, imo this item isn't worth the gems at all and I wouldn't suggest buying it, I happen to have one from a pack. -Dak393 (talk) 05:26, 27 July 2023 (UTC)

So I checked on three accounts:

• Paid account with all expansions: can see.
• Heroic account, no expansions: cannot see.
• Free to play account: cannot see.

This could explain why people keep reporting it as missing, as clearly certain accounts do not have access to it in the shop. ~Sime 13:05, 7 August 2023 (UTC)

I would like to add my own IP address to the now long list of people for whom this item is unavailable in the store. Should Sime's list of conditions to be able to see the item in the store be added to the main page? The information was added to the main page, "Not available to free accounts and accounts without any expansion." support doesn't always know every condition about everything and sometimes it needs to be escalated to get a better answer. Not to mention they often get basic info directly from the wiki when they can and we didn't list conditions for the item till now. Also as I said before, you really don't want to be buying this item anyways. It's a really good thing that you didn't waste gems on it. --Dak393 (talk) 01:34, 8 August 2023 (UTC)
