Acquisition[edit]
I checked three Bartenders in Lion's Arch, none had this for sale. The Bartender pages are a mess, too, with a few different pages for separate NPCs, unlike other generically named NPCs. Manifold

- The Crow's Nest Tavern (Captain's Council) has a barkeeper which sells these, but yeah the barkeeper are terrible documented because they were not important before. - Yandere

- There's "bartenders" only in name that may sell nothing or not sell drinks, and then there's bartenders that sell only drinks, and finally there's "Bartender" service vendors that offer both drinks and kits. There's at least two in LA. The easiest to find (and fastest if you already have the waypoint) is Aela, right inside her Inn just a few steps away from the waypoint. I'll try to add them to the Bartender page as I see them. Mith
