Are we unable to get more than 1 of this item?

I had a Bandit Death Mark in my inventory when I killed a Legendary Bandit Executioner, which got removed. But instead of it being replaced by the exotic accessory, I only received an Executioner's Coin Purse as the reward. (Note that this is NOT part of the "Steel Chest" on the bandit's corpse but the rare/yellow Death Mark is automatically removed from my inventory and replaced by the Executioner's Coin Purse.
Is the exotic accessory Bandit Death Mark only awarded once per account? And are all subsequent rare Bandit Death Marks converted to the Executioner's Coin Purse upon successful killing of the Executioner? --138.75.231.164 16:12, 15 August 2016 (UTC)

Since this reward comes from an achievement, yes, you will only receive it once. I do not know if it is the regular Death Mark that changes into a purse, or if you always receive the purse. It's perhaps something to test. G R E E N E R 16:53, 15 August 2016 (UTC)
