Not There

I couldn't find him, is he only there under certain circumstances? If so, the wiki should be updated with those circumstances. Kyban (talk) 20:02, 22 January 2015 (UTC)

He in fact needs to be rescued, as a part of the Free an Order of Whispers agent from pirates event. It most likely hasn't been completed, meaning that the poor las is still caged inside the cave. Once the event is completed, and he is freed, he should go to the location noted on his page and sell the items listed.
