I believe this skill grants protection to the pet. I tried it in PVP during ST8.142.161.88.65 04:36, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

It gives both protection and stealth to your pet, instantly, and then they walk to the location. Stealth is about 8 seconds and I think protection is the same Konvay the Conveyer 14:50, 13 September 2012 (UTC)

And now that use of "Guard" got patched out in the 26 February 2013 update. No more sending your pet straight up vertical walls.--Clockwork Bard 19:37, 1 March 2013 (UTC)
