Retake Jadepillar Point from the enraged Jade Brotherhood is a level 80 dynamic event in Gyala Delve. Until the base is retaken, it blocks the usage of Mining Air Filter, Security Spec. You can still progress the base's upgrade level, even before retaking it from the enemies.
