The Pyloric Valve is part of the stomach of the Amber Great Jungle Wurm, appearing as a large gaping maw lined with several layers of teeth. After being swallowed by the wurm, players must grab the Unfortunate Adventurer's harpoon and use it to attack the valve to avoid dying to its corrosive stomach acid and escape from the wurm's stomach.
