Mysterious Portals are gateways that allow players to both enter and exit Dierdre's Steps where the Hidden Garden jumping puzzle is located.
Dialogue[edit]
- A mysterious portal swirls in front of you.
Enter the portal and leave the area.
- Are you sure? If you enter the portal, you may not be able to return to this area.
Enter.
Leave.
- Leave.
Notes[edit]
- These portals only spawn after defeating one of the Keepers of the elements:
Defeat the Keepers of Earth (63) in Sootberme, south of Criterion Waypoint.- Defeat the Keeper of Light (65) in Ashen Waste, north of Avernan Waypoint.
- Defeat the Keeper of Waves (68) in Gauntlet Gulch, north of Oxbow Isle Waypoint.
- Defeat the Keeper of Winds (68) in The Stychs, southeast of Irwin Isle Waypoint.
- The portal will dissipate before the elemental keeper reappears, which seems to have a 15 minute reset clock.
- As each portal is in a different area in Mount Maelstrom, they each exit at a different location in Dierdre's Steps.
