Michael Henninger (also known as GM Delicious Intent) was the Game Support Lead -- head of the Guild Wars 2 Support Team -- at ArenaNet. He communicated with players on the Guild Wars 2 forums regarding customer support and player misconduct issues. He was known to interact with players in-game while carrying out his duties, and, in his forum signature, he actively encouraged players to friend and follow him in-game on his GM account: GM Delicious Intent.5928. He also had an active presence interacting with players on Reddit and Twitter. He was one of seven GMs who actively monitored WvW in the live environment [1].
