Kites of the Night was an achievement available during the Bazaar of the Four Winds release.

Walkthrough[edit]
- Kite is located on top of a half-ruined stairs in the second room of the Forsaken Halls mini-dungeon. Head straight forwards after stepping on the pillars to access the stairs.
