Getting there[edit]
From 
Astral Ward Camp Waypoint — , travel north towards Heitor's Dominion until you reach Heitor's Gate. The mastery insight will be open or blocked off with a large shield/bubble. It will only be open after reaching the final phases of the map meta, The Road to Heitor, and for 5 minutes after the meta boss has been killed. Go inside the chamber and the mastery insight will be located opposite the entrance.
