— In-game description
A large chunk of hail will descend onto a shrinking green circle over the course of 15 seconds. Deals moderate amount of damage to any players in the green circle when it lands, and applies a stack of 
Frozen Wind. If no players are in the green circle, then the Broken King will use Ice Breaker.
