Pieces of food are health-restoring objects found in Super Adventure Box. There are 4 different kinds of food: a piece of cheese, a red apple, a drumstick and a cake.

Acquisition[edit]
- Drops from most enemies, with a higher chance in Exploration Mode
- Found inside barrels
- Created upon smashing pieces of Furniture
- One of each may be found at the initial spawn point in World 1 Zone 1
Notes[edit]
- The food at the start of World 1 Zone 1 does not disappear, unlike dropped foods, and is the only location where food appears without needing to destroy anything.
- If a player does not need any health restored, the food will stay on the ground until it disappears. (The picnic food at the start of World 1 Zone 1 is an exception to this, and will be consumed even at full health.)
Trivia[edit]
- "Happy Birthday" is written on top of the cake in New Krytan.
- "Not a lie" is written on the bottom of the cake in New Krytan.
