Fixated is an effect applied by the Volatile Hallucinations in the Nightmare Fractal. The enemy will follow the fixated player until it is defeated or until it detonates itself, applying conditions and dealing damage. Stealth does not stop the Volatile Hallucination from chasing the fixated player.
