Agreed, looks lovely. I'm not sure why you think it's a bad attempt, Darq. :P I will note that the icons are mirrored compared to [[:File:Siren of Orr full.jpg]], though. --Idris (talk) 20:05, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
The mirrored is probably just viewing the effect from the back vs front. As to why I think it's not great is because it doesn't use all of the effects present, leaving a fairly opaque black circle in the back instead of a shadow, which is not ideal but acceptable. -Darqam 20:08, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
It looks pretty sweet with that black circle, tbh. Having Doodle's screenshot for comparison makes up for the inaccuracy. As for back vs front: that was my first thought too, but don't UI elements like this tend to rotate so they always face the camera? --Idris (talk) 20:14, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
About it being mirrored: if that's how it is in game from the front then Anet made a musical error as the eight notes should be facing the other way on the music bar. Otherwise the fact that this image and my screenshot look mirrored is just a happy coincidence. Also if you hadn't have said anything I thought it was fine to me as well and wouldn't know anything was missing/incorrect. - Doodleplex 20:20, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
Well if you guys are happy with it we can keep it as is, that's fine. I was just leaving the door open if someone wanted to make it better. -Darqam 21:37, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
I'd just double check in game which way the notes are facing and fix accordingly if possible, otherwise I'd run with it. - Doodleplex 21:41, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
Verified as being correct way around, with the camera turned to face the front of your character. Great job. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 20:50, 1 September 2017 (UTC)
