GIF speed

I slowed the speed down (on a local version) and really it doesn't make it any more pleasant viewing. I kinda like the original [[:File:Nevermore raven spirit transformation.jpg]]. (the gif was a nice idea but _needs_frames_) -Chieftain Alex 19:39, 2 September 2016 (UTC)
