Ember Beacon is an effect applied by the Ley-Infused Shadow Elemental in Dragonfall. The effect lasts 30 seconds by default, and can only be dispelled prematurely by breaking the Ley-Infused Shadow Elemental's Defiance Bar, or killing it. While this effect is active, a target will appear over the victim, and Ember Meteors will fall in a random pattern around them.
